- Bring your own mattress or bed with NO additional charges
- All rooms equipped with air-cond, inc. mattress, bedsheet, blanket and pillow
- Attached bathroom for master bedroom, comes with bathtub
- TV with Astro in living area
- Double floor height ceiling for common area besides living room
- Dining area with a large table with 6 chairs
- Fully equipped kitchen - refrigerator / microwave / electric cooker / full utensil set
- Covered car porch for 2 cars - more cars allowed and can park by the road side
